With numerous journalism accolades, the veteran journalist Chris Wallace has had his hands on a Silver Baton, a Paul White Lifetime Achievement Award, and three Emmys. Wallace began his journalism career when he chose to work as a national reporter for the Boston Globe instead of going to Yale Law School despite being accepted there too. In 1975 he began working as a reporter for NBC in New York until he transferred to Washington as a political correspondent, later becoming the co-anchor and newsreader for the Today Show in 1982, as well as a number of other roles too, before he left for ABC in 1989. The German-born, Wolf Blitzer, is the son of Jewish refugees who survived a concentration camp in Poland.
