Next up we have Robert Tilton who was one of the main driving forces behind televangelism during the 90s. He hosted a highly successful show that earned a phenomenal $80 million annually as Tilton shamelessly convinced countless Americans to send him money so that he could convince God to solve their issues. Tilton was thoroughly investigated and exposed and his show was thankfully brought to an end. His net worth came off largely unscathed, however, and still stands at more than $50 million.
