The Metal Detector Pings
As one of the men tried to walk through the metal detector, it pinged, indicating that there was something on his person that couldn’t accompany him on the trip. In fact, this was something that wasn’t allowed to be carried on board at all. After a short discussion with the officer, an argument ensued, and it became clear that this wasn’t going to be solved quickly. What had the man been carrying on him? More importantly, why was he so sentimentally attached to it?
