Fred Couples is a retired golfer who has done extremely well throughout his career and has garnered a lot of wealth for himself. He was ranked the World Number One golfer for years and had more than 60 professional tournament wins throughout his career. Couples were popularly called “Boom Boom” due to his ability to drive a ball precisely and focused. In 1991 and 1992, the American-born golfer was named PGA Tour Player of the Year and, in the same breath, won the Vardon Trophy for maintaining the lowest score over that same two-year period.
