22.Pete Dye – $50 Million Net Worth
Pete Dye is an American professional golfer and a golf course designer who has impressively acted as an amateur until joining the army in 1994. This decision put a hold on his golfing career for a while but as soon as he left the army, he went on to pursue his further love for the sport. He took after his father to design Dorado, a nine-hole course, and an Indianapolis-based 18-hole course in 1962. Dye also designed the Radrick Farms Golf Course in 1962 for the University of Michigan.

It was the same year that he designed the Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel, Indiana. His many contributions and dedications to the sport have earned him an induction into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2008.
