Alexa DelGreco – John Gibson
Another storybook romances between a seemingly fated couple, Gibson and DelGreco have known each other since before waking memory, with the two having attended the same kindergarten. They were schoolmates until they were 14 years old, only losing contact after Gibson’s hockey career took off. They soon reconnected, and after a three and a half year-long relationship, Gibson proposed. The 2016 proposal was followed by their wedding, which coincided with an eight-year contract extension with the Anaheim Ducks. DelGreco has been quoted as saying that ‘shortly after reconnecting’, the couple knew they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
