A Gentle Shake
Carefully lifting the ornament, Priscilla agreed that Kat should shine the light through the glass from different angles, so they could see if there were any secret compartments. She told her daughter that she would give it a few gentle shakes, to see if they could gather any extra clues. After the first shake, it was now obvious that there was something inside the object, clearly visible in the bright light of the torch too. This was no ordinary ornament, that’s for sure.
