While baking paper is a staple for rolling out dough onto, this material is rather hard for accessible and neat dough rolling, and does not collect the powdery stuff very well, often leading to an enormous and hard-to-clean mess.

To make the baking process as neat and orderly as possible, sandwich your dough in between two sheets of plastic wrap. The flour will statically cling to the material and you can roll away without worrying about the post-baking cleanup.
