Cover a tiny bowl or cup with plastic wrap and ensure that some covers the brim of the container. Coat the inside of the plastic wrap with butter or oil, and then break an egg within before carefully picking up the plastic wrap and twisting the edges into a packet. Now, lower the packet carefully into a boiling hot pot. Once your poached eggs are ready, chop the bag open, and voila!
