Mazda Rx-7
If you are a fan of Japanese old-school sports cars, then the RX-7 should definitely be on your list. The car was first released back in 1978 and was powered by the 13B two-rotor Wankel engine. There were no pistons installed, and the engine was relatively lightweight, efficient, powerful, and had lots of revs. Variations of this powerful engine were used in the Mazda LeMans-winning car and stayed in production up until 2002. The model features sharp handling and is one of the more standout features of the RX-7. When you think of canyon-carvers and racecars, these are a great fit. You might have to service the engine more regularly than other cars, but the service it provides has given it an edge over others.
