In this particular instance, the restaurant staff wants to inform their patrons that certain actions, such as “flicking over tables,” would not be allowed in their business. A badly drawn picture of a guy who was so angry by the terrible customer service that he decided to take out his anger on his table was included with their request in order to make their case more effective. Customers will now realize this is unacceptable.
